    Job title: Cloud Lead (On site)

    Job Summary

    We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Lead with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SharePoint Content Migration PowerShell scripting Windows PowerShell and SharePoint. This role involves overseeing cloud-based projects and ensuring seamless integration and migration of content. The position is hybrid with day shifts and does not require travel.

    Responsibilities

    + Lead cloud-based projects focusing on SharePoint Content Migration to ensure seamless integration and migration of content

    + Oversee the development and execution of PowerShell scripts to automate tasks and improve efficiency

    + Provide technical expertise in Windows PowerShell to support various cloud operations

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement SharePoint solutions that meet business requirements

    + Monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security

    + Develop and maintain documentation for cloud processes and procedures

    + Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint and cloud services

    + Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in cloud operations

    + Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge

    + Conduct regular assessments of cloud systems to identify areas for improvement

    + Implement strategies to optimize cloud resources and reduce costs

    + Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in cloud computing to drive innovation

    + Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and outcomes

    Qualifications

    + Possess strong experience in SharePoint Content Migration to ensure efficient data transfer

    + Demonstrate proficiency in PowerShell scripting to automate and streamline processes

    + Have in-depth knowledge of Windows PowerShell for effective cloud management

    + Show expertise in SharePoint to design and implement robust solutions

    + Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills to address technical challenges

    + Display strong communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders

    + Have a proactive approach to staying updated with industry trends and technologies

    + Possess the ability to mentor and guide junior team members

    + Show commitment to maintaining documentation and ensuring compliance with standards

    + Demonstrate ability to optimize cloud resources for cost-effective solutions

    + Have experience in monitoring and maintaining cloud infrastructure

    + Show capability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently

    + Possess strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

    **Salary and Other Compensation** :

    The base annual salary for this position is between $79,240 to $154,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

     

    This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
