Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Boulder, Colorado. In this role, you will perform research, compile findings, and accurately input data into spreadsheets while supporting literacy-related projects. This position requires strong organizational skills and a keen eye for accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct online research to gather data and insights related to literacy promotion and instructor development.

• Analyze articles and websites to evaluate program requirements, service costs, and other relevant information.

• Input research findings into Google Sheets with precision and attention to detail.

• Organize and maintain spreadsheets to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.

• Assist in evaluating programs based on compiled research to support decision-making processes.

• Perform market research to identify trends and opportunities in literacy-focused initiatives.

• Collaborate with team members to refine and improve data collection methodologies.

• Ensure all data entry tasks are completed within established deadlines. Requirements • Proficiency in data entry and typing with a focus on accuracy.

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Google Sheets.

• Experience conducting thorough online research and compiling findings.

• Ability to analyze and organize information effectively.

• Familiarity with market research techniques is an advantage.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
