    Robert Half Office Team (Scarborough, ME)


    Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Medical Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Scarborough, Maine. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy and organization of critical medical records. This is an onsite position requiring strong administrative and data entry skills.

    Responsibilities:

    • Retrieve, organize, and manage medical records with high attention to detail.

    • Perform accurate data entry tasks, ensuring all information is correctly recorded in the system.

    • Support various administrative tasks as assigned to maintain smooth office operations.

    • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of data-related projects.

    • Conduct quality checks on entered data to ensure compliance with organizational standards.

    • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive medical information at all times.

    • Assist in preparing documents and reports as needed by the department.

    • Utilize video screening tools effectively to complete assigned tasks.

    • Respond to inquiries and provide support to staff regarding medical record management.

    • Adhere to established procedures and guidelines for handling records and administrative duties. Requirements • Proven experience in data entry and administrative support roles, preferably in a healthcare setting.

    • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of information accurately.

    • Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data management.

    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

    • Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and other stakeholders.

    • Familiarity with medical records or healthcare documentation is a plus.
