Description We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Enterprise Data Operator to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Richmond, Virginia. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring data accuracy and integrity while handling repetitive and fast-paced tasks. This position requires strong communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to shift priorities efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Process and resolve data-related tickets by adhering to standardized procedures and workflows.

• Verify and maintain the accuracy of data through detailed review and error-detection techniques.

• Input and transcribe data from source materials into compatible formats for spreadsheets or databases.

• Prepare and compile reports, presentations, and other documentation using Microsoft Office tools.

• Collaborate with team members through Outlook and Teams to communicate updates and address concerns.

• Perform calculations to create accurate statistical reports and data summaries.

• Organize and maintain comprehensive records, filing systems, and coded documents.

• Provide clerical support by arranging data, processing materials, and maintaining specialized records.

• Proofread and edit work to ensure accuracy and adherence to formatting standards.

• Participate in team meetings and communicate updates or concerns to management. Requirements • At least 1-2 years of experience with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy.

• Ability to manage repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

• Familiarity with data entry procedures and techniques.

• Experience in compiling reports and organizing data for presentations or forms.

• Basic reasoning and problem-solving skills to follow established processes.
