Description We are in search of a diligent Application Development Project Manager/Lead to join our team in the automotive industry, situated in Lafayette, Indiana. The primary function of this role is to manage and lead the development of various applications, focusing on Cloud Technologies and Content Management Systems. The position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals seeking to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the application development projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.

• Utilize Cloud Technologies and Microsoft Azure to enhance application functionality and user experience.

• Implement and manage Content Management Systems (CMS), ensuring seamless content delivery and integration.

• Oversee contract management procedures, ensuring all agreements align with the company's policies and legal requirements.

• Guide a team of leads, fostering a collaborative environment to drive project success.

• Employ Agile Scrum methodologies to optimize workflow and project execution.

• Conduct regular audits to assess the effectiveness of current systems and propose improvements.

• Adhere to best practices in application development and project management to ensure efficiency and productivity.

• Facilitate change management processes, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing projects and operations.

• Review and troubleshoot coding issues, providing constructive feedback to the development team. Requirements • Proficiency in Cloud Technologies is essential

• Demonstrable experience with Content Management System (CMS) is required

• Must possess skills in Contract Management

• Familiarity with Microsoft suite of products is necessary

• Proficiency in Microsoft Azure is a must

• Experience in Agile Scrum methodology is needed

• Ability to conduct Auditing tasks is essential

• Understanding and implementation of industry Best Practices is required

• Experience in Change Management is necessary
