Description We are looking for a skilled Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to oversee and execute complex projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. This long-term contract position is based in Southport, Connecticut, and requires someone who excels in project planning, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will have experience managing cross-functional teams and driving organizational change to achieve successful outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of assigned projects, including digital development initiatives.

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies while implementing effective change control measures.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, including Business Analysts, Technical Product Owners, and subject matter experts, to gather and prioritize requirements.

• Track project progress, identify risks, and address issues, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders throughout.

• Deliver executive updates to steering committees and other stakeholders as needed.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate their efforts for the successful execution of initiatives.

• Partner with third-party development teams when required to ensure project objectives are met.

• Manage project budgets by allocating resources effectively and ensuring adherence to financial goals.

• Ensure organizational change management is integrated into project delivery to support adoption and success.

• Oversee project closure activities, including documentation and lessons learned, ensuring compliance with internal and external audit requirements. Requirements • Proven experience in project management, with expertise in managing full project lifecycles.

• Proficiency in tools such as Atlassian Jira and familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies.

• Solid understanding of Cisco technologies, cloud platforms, CRM, and ERP systems.

• Strong knowledge of budget processes and resource allocation strategies.

• Experience in change management and driving organizational adoption.

• Ability to conduct AB testing and utilize data for informed decision-making.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present updates to executive stakeholders.
