Description

We are in the financial services industry, located in Atlanta, Georgia, and currently seeking a User Experience (UX) Designer. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity, where the selected individual will be deeply involved in the design process, contributing to the overall user experience of our platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the development team to create user-friendly design concepts

• Utilize tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, and Figma to create and optimize design elements

• Conduct ongoing user experience research to understand client needs and improve platform usability

• Address customer needs by designing interfaces and tools for our key internal platform, ensuring scalability for future growth

• Implement A/B testing and Agile Scrum methodologies to improve design efficiency and effectiveness

• Rebuild and link mock-ups in Figma, transferring existing data from other platforms

• Enhance brand awareness through strategic design choices in digital spaces

• Regularly update and maintain designs based on client feedback and industry trends

• Use knowledge of Android development and CSS to enhance mobile user experience

• Act as a pivot for more complex tasks, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in the design process.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe XD.

• Experience in Android Development.

• Demonstrated ability in AB Testing.

• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology.

• Proven skills in developing brand awareness.

• Knowledge of CSS.

• Experience in digital design and development.

• Proficiency in using Figma for design projects.

• Comprehensive understanding of User Experience Research (UX Research).
