Description We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Seattle, Washington. This long-term contract position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the recruitment of key operational roles while utilizing advanced sourcing tools and maintaining hiring compliance. The ideal candidate will excel in managing high-volume recruitment processes and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and front-line positions, including drivers, diesel mechanics, laborers, operations supervisors, and customer service representatives.
• Utilize sourcing platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and engage top talent.
• Create and distribute offer letters using DocuSign, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Launch and monitor background checks, maintaining compliance with hiring standards.
• Schedule panel interviews and develop comprehensive interview guides for hiring teams.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide recruitment updates.
• Stay organized while managing multiple roles in a high-volume recruitment environment.
• Leverage applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and manage recruitment workflows.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Requirements • Proven experience recruiting for front-line and operational roles, such as drivers, mechanics, and customer service representatives.
• Proficiency in sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed, to identify candidates with relevant experience.
• Strong familiarity with generating offer letters and sending them through platforms like DocuSign.
• Experience with processes that involve launching and monitoring screenings for candidates.
• Ability to schedule and coordinate interviews, including developing interview guides.
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to streamline hiring processes.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills, especially in high-volume recruitment settings.
• Familiarity with HR systems such as ADP Workforce Now or similar platforms. TalentMatch®
