    We are looking for a dedicated Customer Account Manager with Contracts experience to join our team in Haltom City, Texas. This is a long-term contract position where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that customer inquiries are addressed promptly and with attention to detail, while maintaining high standards of service. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, demonstrates exceptional organizational and communication skills, and is committed to delivering outstanding customer support.

    Overview

     

    In this role, you will ensure that customer inquiries are handled in a timely and professional manner, while upholding high standards for customer service and operational execution. Success in this position requires a strong background in customer-facing operations, contract support, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    Customer Account Management

     

    + Manage multiple customer accounts with accuracy and professionalism

    + Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external customer inquiries

    + Maintain customer files and documentation using systems like SharePoint

     

    Order & Contract Processing

     

    + Process order entries from purchase orders and generate quotes according to standard procedures

    + Review and interpret contracts, verify accuracy, and resolve discrepancies per internal guidelines

    + Identify risks associated with contract changes and contribute to standardized contract language and guidelines

     

    Communication & Documentation

     

    + Communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally, with customers and cross-functional teams

    + Handle a high volume of written communication and data with attention to detail

    + Document service activities to identify trends and maintain quality

     

    Systems & Compliance

     

    + Utilize SAP (or similar ERP system) to enter, manage, and extract customer or material data

    + Ensure compliance with federal policies and internal procedures (FAR/DFAR knowledge preferred)

    + Assist with special projects and provide operational support across departments

     

    Industry Knowledge & Continuous Improvement

     

    + Maintain understanding of company products and services

    + Analyze recurring issues and suggest process improvements

    + Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and customer satisfaction

    Requirements

    Required Qualifications

    + High School Diploma or AA/AS degree (or equivalent 2-year post-high school training) and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience

    + OR

    + In the absence of a degree, a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience is required

    + U.S. citizenship (due to access to government-controlled information)

    + Strong communication and organizational skills

    + Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment

    •Preferred Qualifications

    + Prior experience in the aerospace, defense, or manufacturing industry

    + Proficiency with SAP or other enterprise resource planning systems

    + Experience reviewing, interpreting, and approving contracts and customer purchase orders

    + Knowledge of FAR/DFAR or other government contracting regulations

    + Ability to manage logistics, contracts, and customer relations simultaneously
