Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant within the automotive industry, based in Falls Church, Virginia. This role primarily involves providing administrative support to the CFO, managing data entry tasks, and various office-related responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
• Providing comprehensive administrative support to the CFO
• Regularly updating and maintaining data entries using Microsoft office suite
• Utilizing personal transportation for running necessary errands
• Managing and organizing mail correspondence
• Processing and handling expenses and invoices as required
• Compiling and creating reports as per the requirements
• Delivering general office support as and when needed
• Leveraging Microsoft Office Suite for various tasks
• Demonstrating effective communication skills in all interactions
• Leveraging prior office experience for efficient task management
• Handling inbound and outbound calls, and managing email correspondence
• Scheduling appointments and managing other basic office tasks. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role within the automotive industry
• Demonstrated proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing inbound/outbound calls
• Exceptional customer service skills and experience
• Proficient in data entry tasks with a keen attention to detail
• Ability to handle email correspondence professionally and timely
• Extensive knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word
• Experience in scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings
• Well-versed with basic office skills including filing, copying, scanning, and faxing documents
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
