    Description

    We are looking for a detail-oriented Supply Chain Specialist to join our team in Duncan, South Carolina. This Contract-to-Permanent position offers an opportunity to play a vital role in ensuring compliance, coordinating operations, and optimizing supply chain processes. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in data analysis, inventory management, and regulatory procedures while working closely with various teams to maintain operational efficiency.

    Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate compliance activities for designated trade lanes to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.

    • Receive and manage audits conducted by authorities, ensuring timely responses and resolutions.

    • Submit Importer Security Filings (ISF) and process inbound in-bonds and permits to transfer

    • Handle Zone Admissions and conduct inventory reviews to address necessary adjustments.

    • Process outbound in-bonds and manage entry type submissions effectively.

    • Monitor system error messages and implement solutions to resolve issues promptly.

    • Oversee import product compliance to ensure operations remain within authorized limits.

    • Develop and maintain work instructions aligned with procedural manuals.

    • Review documentation to ensure compliance with recordkeeping requirements.

    • Collaborate with teams to address operational issues and support customs-related activities as needed.

     

    Requirements • Proficiency in ERP systems, including Enterprise Resource Planning and IBM AS/400.

     

    • Strong skills in forecasting, KPI reporting, and data analysis.

    • Familiarity with tools such as 3M and DCS.

    • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

    • Experience in inventory management and supply chain operations.

    • Ability to develop and implement work instructions and compliance procedures.

    • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and customs processes.

    • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
