Description Robert Half Talent Solutions is currently working with a growing organization in the St. Louis area searching for a Sales Analyst. Are you passionate about translating data into actionable insights? Are you motivated to optimize processes and enhance sales performance? As a Sales Analyst, you will play a vital role in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting sales data to drive productivity and effectiveness. Collaborating with sales teams, you will identify trends, implement process changes, and help set key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Gather and organize sales data from multiple sources.
• Identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement within sales data to inform decision-making.
• Craft insightful reports and dashboards, including performance summaries and market trend analysis.
• Assist in sales forecasting by leveraging historical data, business intelligence, and market trends.
• Proactively develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and promote automation.
• Support the formulation and tracking of sales KPIs and enable sales teams to meet targets.
• Manage and optimize territory alignment processes and solve account-related inquiries.
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to drive automation and improve operational workflows.
• Develop internal presentations, such as case studies and success stories.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; two plus years of relevant experience/training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to effectively read, analyze, and interpret technical or professional materials.
• Competency in creating reports and business correspondence to support effective communication.
• Strong mathematical skills in calculating percentages, proportions, commissions, and more.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex and non-standardized situations.
• Proficiency with analytic software, project management tools, CRM systems, and Power BI; SAP/P21 experience is a plus.
