    Robert Half is assisting a client in their search for a Legal Billing Supervisor.     The salary range for this position is $80,000–$95,000 depending on skills, experience, and qualifications.

    Responsibilities:

    + Create billing statements and reports as needed.

    + Send reminders to attorneys for missing time entries prior to generating proformas.

    + Finalize attorney time entries, cost entries, and bill batches for billing cycles.

    + Initiate two proforma billing cycles each month (on the 15th and 31st) for attorney review.

    + Edit proformas and apply trust payments, prepaid amounts, and courtesy discounts as applicable.

    + Generate and distribute final invoices via mail, email, or electronic submission according to client billing guidelines.

    + Manage billing staff.

    Requirements

    Requirements:

    + 3+ years of legal billing experience

    + Prior team management experience

    + Professional communication skills

    + 3E Billing software experience is a plus

    + Electronic Billing experience is required
