    We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a long-term contract basis in West Grove, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and processing data efficiently, ensuring accuracy, and supporting the creation of various reports. This opportunity is ideal for someone with a strong background in Microsoft Excel and excellent organizational skills.

    Responsibilities:

    • Enter and update data accurately and efficiently into designated systems and databases.

    • Utilize Microsoft Excel to create, format, and analyze reports.

    • Perform calculations and data manipulations to support business needs.

    • Organize and maintain files, ensuring all records are up-to-date and easily accessible.

    • Scan and digitize documents for streamlined recordkeeping.

    • Conduct quality checks to ensure data integrity and identify any discrepancies.

    • Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and achieve departmental goals.

    • Assist in pulling data from various sources to generate comprehensive reports.

    • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

    Requirements • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a data entry or similar role.

     

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and formulas.

    • Strong typing and 10-key data entry skills with high accuracy.

    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

    • Ability to perform calculations and manipulate data effectively.

    • Familiarity with scanning and digitizing documents.

    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify discrepancies.
