    Job Overview

     

    We are seeking a Business Analyst, Associate to support operational analyses, research, and reporting functions within the business unit. Working under the guidance of senior analysts or a direct supervisor, the ideal candidate will conduct small to medium special projects, develop reports, and assist in process improvements. This role requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with preferred experience in SQL, Power BI, and Excel automation.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Enter trades into the SOX application and execute end-of-day recaps and reports.

    + Verify positions and monitor daily Value at Risk and other risk-related measures.

    + Reconcile broker and external statements related to transactions.

    + Provide management with daily Profit & Loss and pricing reports.

    + Handle Electronic Fund Sources and other clearing transactions.

    + Collaborate with the IT team to support the development and execution of trade capture platforms.

    + Develop ad-hoc reports using SQL and Power BI.

    + Automate Excel-based reports using macros as needed.

    Requirements

    Qualifications

    + Experience: 1 year of relevant experience preferred.

    + Education: Bachelor's degree is a plus.

    + Technical Skills:Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Excel (including macros and automation).

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    + Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
