    Description

    We are in need of a Full Stack Developer to join our team in the insurance industry, based in Boston, Massachusetts. In this role, you will work independently to modernize our tech stack, developing in C#/.NET Core, and create web portals using Angular. This opportunity offers a hybrid work arrangement, with the flexibility to work remotely for certain periods.

    Responsibilities:

    • Independently handle and modernize our tech stack, including .NET Core

    • Develop and maintain front end web portals using Angular

    • Transition our current COBOL claims system to C#

    • Utilize C#/.NET for various development tasks

    • Work unsupervised on various development projects

    • Utilize skills in AB Testing, Agile Scrum, API Development, ASP.NET, CSS, C# - Sharp, .NET, .NET core, .NET Framework, ASP.NET MVC Framework, Visual Basic .Net (VB.NET), Angular, JavaScript, Full stack software

    • Collaborate with the team of developers to share knowledge and improve processes

    • Maintain and update Microsoft tech stack as necessary

    • Participate in team meetings and provide technical insights.

     

    Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role.

     

    • Proficiency in AB Testing methodologies.

    • Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies.

    • Demonstrated capability in API Development.

    • Proficiency in ASP.NET and the .NET core.

    • Strong knowledge of CSS and C# - Sharp.

    • Experience with the .NET Framework and the ASP.NET MVC Framework.

    • Proficiency in Visual Basic .Net (VB.NET).

    • Experience with Angular and other front-end technologies.

    • Strong JavaScript skills.
