    Description

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Mid-Level Legal Secretary to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily state and federal e-filings, preparing legal documents, and providing mentorship to support staff.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    + Daily State and Federal E-Filings: Manage and execute electronic filings for state and federal courts.

    + Document Preparation: Assemble pleadings, Tables of Authorities (TOAs), Tables of Contents (TOCs), and proofs of service.

    + Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior staff members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

    Requirements

    + Proven experience as a legal secretary 8-10+ years.

    + Proficiency in legal document management and e-filing systems.

    + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    + Excellent communication and mentoring abilities.
