Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Proposal Writer to support a real estate client, who focuses on the sale of government-owned properties. This Proposal Writer must have extensive experience writing RFPs (Request for Proposal), requiring meticulous submissions either through online portals or traditional document formats.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Collaborate with local real estate teams across various locations to complete proposals using standardized templates.

+ Coordinate local market information, edit and proofread submissions for quality and consistency in voice/tone, and ensure forms are completed accurately according to government standards to avoid disqualification.

+ Manage multiple deadline-driven projects simultaneously, with timelines ranging from three to ten days.

+ Build relationships with local teams and address sales team concerns regarding the project, requiring excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Work closely with a designated internal team during the initial stages for training and template understanding before taking full ownership of proposal drafting.

Requirements

Requirements:

+ Proven experience writing government proposals and familiarity with RFP processes and template-based submissions.

+ Exceptional project management and organizational skills, especially in handling strict turnaround deadlines under pressure.

+ Strong proofreading abilities and attention to detail, minimizing errors that could result in disqualification.

+ Ability to adapt to multiple time zones based on property locations, with preference given to candidates in CST or MST time zones for scheduling efficiency.

+ Outstanding interpersonal communication, exhibiting the ability to engage and collaborate with hesitant or resistant teams effectively.

+ This contract opportunity requires flexibility and an ability to handle varying workloads based on project timelines.
