Description We are excited to offer an opportunity for a detail-oriented Account Sales individual in Miami, Florida. This role is central to our team, focused on identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, preparing and delivering product presentations, and working closely with internal teams to drive sales growth.
Responsibilities
• Actively identify new sales opportunities through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and social media.
• Prepare and present detailed and engaging presentations on our products and services to potential clients.
• Conduct thorough market research to understand selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Arrange meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and concerns.
• Regularly create reviews and reports that capture sales and financial data.
• Ensure consistent product availability for sales and demonstrations.
• Represent the company in exhibitions or conferences, actively participating and networking.
• Skillfully negotiate and close deals while effectively handling any complaints or objections.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results and drive sales.
• Gather and share feedback from customers and prospects with internal teams to improve our offerings. Requirements • Proven experience in Account Sales, ideally with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
• Proficient in the use of 3M.
• Demonstrable knowledge of Accounting Software Systems.
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode.
• Proficiency in CRM is essential.
• Experience with the About Time system is an advantage.
• A strong understanding of accounting functions is required.
• Experience in handling billing functions.
• Familiarity with budget processes in a corporate setting.
• Proven experience in campaign planning is a must. Innovation starts with people.®
