Description
As a key member of the Marketing Department, the Marketing Advisor serves as a strategic partner to our agents, front-line staff, and internal teams—delivering expert guidance and high-level marketing support. This role plays a critical part in helping the company attract top real estate talent while empowering agents to grow their businesses and close more deals through effective use of our marketing tools and resources.
Key Responsibilities
+ Educate and Support Agents & Staff
+ Act as a subject matter expert on our exclusive Marketing Suite, which includes personal and property marketing strategies, custom graphic design, website projects, and enhanced digital brochures and presentations.
+ Develop & Manage Agent Marketing Plans
+ Lead discovery sessions with agents to craft customized marketing strategies for listings and personal branding. Oversee plan execution, provide ongoing performance analysis, and recommend monthly optimizations.
+ Vendor Coordination
+ Manage communication with external vendors for advertising placements, data analytics, and campaign performance tracking.
+ Team Collaboration
+ Work closely with fellow Marketing Advisors, the Agent & Development Marketing Manager, and the VP of Marketing to improve processes and strategies based on agent feedback.
+ Project Management & CRM Usage
+ Maintain detailed tracking of all agent projects using our project management platform. Ensure timely follow-up and progress reporting on all active and completed plans.
+ Creative Liaison
+ Coordinate between agents and the creative services team for graphic design, web development, and copywriting needs.
+ Cross-Functional Partnerships
+ Collaborate with the Resource Coordinator, Agent Concierge, and Transaction Coordinator teams to execute effective agent marketing solutions.
+ Office Engagement & Presence
+ Represent the Marketing Department during sales meetings, providing guidance on available services and answering agent questions.
+ Digital Advertising
+ Plan, place, and analyze online ad campaigns using Google and Meta Ads Managers.
+ Agent Outreach & Support
+ Proactively engage with agents to introduce new marketing tools, recommend campaign strategies, encourage PR submissions, and resolve marketing-related concerns.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
+ Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
+ Proven ability to work effectively with diverse personalities and work styles
+ Highly organized with strong attention to detail
+ Ability to prioritize and manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously
+ Customer service mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
+ High degree of confidentiality and professional integrity
+ Critical thinking and strategic decision-making abilities
+ Strong sense of accountability and ownership in driving agent success
Education & Experience
+ Minimum 3 years of professional marketing experience
+ Hands-on experience with Google and Meta Ad Management Platforms
+ Experience coordinating or executing graphic and website design projects (a plus)
+ Real estate marketing experience preferred
+ Experience in creating and managing media plans (a plus)
+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field (preferred)
