Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. In this Contract-to-permanent role, you will play a key part in maintaining and updating information within our database while ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities:

• Review, analyze, and validate data related to commercial properties.

• Use online tools and resources to research property details and associated municipal information.

• Follow established processes and workflows to complete tasks efficiently and within deadlines.

• Enter, update, and maintain accurate information in the database, including detailed notes.

• Conduct thorough online research to obtain necessary documents and verify information.

• Coordinate document management tasks, including organizing and preserving records.

• Manage FedEx mailings and ensure timely delivery of materials.

• Monitor and handle data requests, ensuring prompt and accurate processing.

• Collaborate with team members to balance workload and meet production goals.

• Communicate professionally with colleagues and stakeholders to address issues and provide updates. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent.

• Proficiency in computer usage and intermediate digital literacy skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry.

• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Strong analytical skills to thoroughly review and interpret data.
