Tax Manager -Remote - . The individual will play a pivotal role in river tax-related matters, providing solutions to complex tax issues, and maintaining effective communication with clients.

Responsibilities:
• Review and manage complex business and individual tax returns.
• Independently research and resolve advanced tax issues.
• Effectively convey research findings and solutions to clients through both oral and written communication.
• Consult with clients to address their tax concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
• Liaise with governmental agencies in relation to tax matters.
• Foster the development of less experienced tax staff through guidance and mentorship.
• Ensure the adherence to IRS tax code rules and regulations within all operations.
• Leverage your Federal Tax skills to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the tax operations

• The candidate should have a minimum of 6 years of experience
• Experience as a Tax in a public setting is required.
• Expertise in Federal Tax is mandatory. 2 years of reviewing returns
• The applicant should have a proven track record of managing a team and overseeing tax-related projects.
• Proficiency in tax software and other related IT tools is expected.
• The individual should demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines is essential.
• The candidate should hold relevant qualifications or certifications.
• A robust understanding of tax laws, regulations, and industry updates is required.
• The potential employee should exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• The individual must show a high level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
• The candidate should be able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• The ability to provide excellent client service and manage client relationships effectively is essential.
