    Description

    We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Financial Analyst in the Detail Oriented Services industry based in Richardson, Texas. The successful candidate will be tasked with conducting financial analysis, maintaining budget controls, and providing financial insights to support business decision-making.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct month-end financial analysis to monitor expenditures and compare financial performance against forecasts.

    • Utilize data mining techniques to provide cost analysis, identify financial trends, and propose strategies to maximize spending efficiency and enhance profitability.

    • Assist in the creation and implementation of new financial procedures to ensure scalable, accurate, and reliable reporting and analysis.

    • Oversee budgets, making recommendations for approval or disapproval of expenditures.

    • Use visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau to present financial planning and analysis perspectives effectively to decision-makers.

    • Participate in month-end processes such as revenue recognition, annual surveys, and stock analysis.

    • Leverage skills in financial modeling and variance analysis to provide robust financial support to business unit leaders.

    • Foster strong relationships with business unit leaders to understand their operational needs and provide necessary financial support.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in FP& A

    • Proficient in Data Mining Techniques to extract and analyze data effectively.

    • Experience in Budgeting and Forecasting to plan and predict financial outcomes.

    • Skilled in Variance Analysis for identifying and explaining differences in financial performance.

    • Demonstrated ability in Financial Modeling to support decision-making processes.
