Description

We are currently on the lookout for a Business Intelligence Manager to join our team in CHICAGO, Illinois. In this role, you will be instrumental in analyzing company and departmental metrics to identify possible enhancements, collaborating with various teams to meet their data needs, and extracting valuable insights from data to support informed business decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing company and departmental data to identify potential areas for improvement.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand their data requirements and providing data-driven solutions that align with their objectives.

• Extracting valuable insights from data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimizing processes.

• Reporting on commercial and operational performance, identifying trends, and driving operational improvements where needed.

• Working closely with the Data Insights team to ensure efficient data flow across the organization.

• Developing dashboards with the Data Insights team to support US departmental insight.

• Using a data-led approach to identify and prioritize strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.

• Defining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and setting measurable targets to track progress and drive success.

• Leading and managing a team of Business Intelligence Analysts, fostering their knowledge and skills development.

• Keeping up-to-date with innovations and developments in the digital mental health landscape, including best practices.

Salary is $$70,000-$90,000 plus medical, dental and generous time off

Requirements • Proficiency in Atlassian Jira is required for effective project management.

• Experience with BusinessObjects Technologies is essential for data management and reporting.

• Familiarity with Cognos Business Intelligence is needed for improved business performance.

• Strong skills in Data Visualization are necessary for effective communication of insights.

• Proficiency in Maps API is crucial for location-based data analysis.

• Experience in AB Testing is required for optimizing business decisions.

• Ability to perform Ad Hoc Reporting to meet specific business needs.

• Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodology is vital for efficient project delivery.

• Strong Analytics skills are required for data interpretation and decision making.

• Profound knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) is crucial for strategic planning and business growth.
