    Description

    We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team. This is a remote role, and you will need to be able to work Central or Eastern hours. This is a Contract-to-permanent position where you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales efforts, managing leads, and ensuring seamless communication with clients.     Responsibilities:

    • Qualify and organize prospective sales leads using Salesforce and other CRM tools.

    • Manage the company's inbox by sorting and prioritizing incoming leads for follow-up.

    • Schedule and reschedule client meetings, ensuring all appointments are efficiently coordinated.

    • Maintain accurate records of leads, communications, and activities within Salesforce.

    • Respond to inbound inquiries with professionalism and provide timely assistance.

    • Use G Suite tools to organize and manage sales-related documents and communications.

    • Assist with data processing and reporting to support the sales team’s goals.

    • Collaborate with team members to optimize buying processes and improve client experiences.

    • Handle cash activity and ensure compliance with company policies when applicable.

    • Provide administrative support to enhance overall sales operations.

     

    Requirements • At least 1 year of experience in a sales support or administrative role.

     

    • Proficiency in Salesforce administration and other CRM platforms.

    • Familiarity with financial services industry tools such as ADP, Concur, or similar.

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

    • Experience with G Suite and data processing tools.

    • Comfortable handling inbound calls and client communications. TalentMatch®
