The ERP Analyst is responsible for enhancing, supporting and maintaining ERP related application(s), primarily Workday, within the St. Lukes Health System with an emphasis on financial, supply chain and human capital management modules. This position serves as the technical point of contact ensuring data integrity, system security and maintenance, system modifications, testing, report writing, document maintenance, system audits and recommendations for process changes. Optimizes the applications through the implementation of new functionality by configuring, testing and implementing the selected features within the vendor releases. Ensure system changes follow business workflows, change management procedures and protocols, create and maintain all documentation for all assigned applications and develop, plan and execute testing for supported applications. Communicates all necessary application changes, enhancements and procedures to all necessary internal and external department teams.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Provide ongoing maintenance, support and development of Workday and implement new features and Workflows.
Troubleshoot, research, and solve technically challenging problems involving integrated systems with Workday.
Test and verify Workday software releases, upgrades and any changes prior to the promotion of code to the production environment.
Generate and update appropriate documentation as per policy and procedure. Including requirements, specifications, change control, end user documentation.
Provide education and training for application end user community – keeping them informed of new Workday features/functionality, changes/revisions that impact the operation.
Workday Configuration – ability to configure, test and troubleshoot Workday Configurations to support required Business workflows.
Workday Reports – Document, create, modify and test operational and management reports as required by operations, management and regulatory agencies.
Workday Dashboards – Document, create, modify and test operational and management dashboards as required by operations and management.
Workday Interfaces - Document, create, modify and test integrations with Workday, including but not limited to EIB, API.
Maintain current knowledge of technology by attending appropriate continuing education training/seminars and reading related periodicals.
Solid understanding of Business operational practices.
Ability to analyze, diagnose, support and implement process/operational change.
Will interact and collaborate with all levels of healthcare personnel; IT Management, Business Analyst and Management, Clinicians, Consultants and Administrators.
Active member of project team coordinating project tasks and utilizing project management skills for specific tasks.
Function as part of a team.
On-Call Support Required.
Strong Customer Service Orientation and ability to follow through on issue resolution.
Maintains confidentiality of all materials handled within the Network/ Entity as well as the proper release of information.
Complies with Network and departmental policies regarding issues of employee, patient and environmental safety and follows appropriate reporting requirements.
Demonstrates/models the Network’s PCRAFT values during interactions with all customers.
Demonstrates Performance Improvement in the following areas as appropriate: Clinical Care/Outcomes, Customer/Service Improvement, Operational System/Process, and Safety.
Demonstrates financial responsibility and accountability through the effective and efficient use of resources in daily procedures, processes and practices
