    As an Assembler Level 2 here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for assembling components and subassemblies according to detailed instructions and specifications. You will work as part of a team to ensure the timely and accurate completion of production orders. This role requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

     

    In this role, you will impact the efficiency and quality of our production process, contributing to the overall success of our operations.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • 1st shift 6:00am-2:30pm Monday-Friday

    • Assemble components and subassemblies according to detailed instructions and specifications

    • Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications

    • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

    • Document and report any deviations or non-conformances

    • Work with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and implement best practices

    YOU MUST HAVE

    • 1+ years of experience as an Assembler or a related role

    • Strong technical skills in assembly and reworking systems

    • Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions

    • High school diploma or GED

    • Associate's degree in a technical discipline

    • Experience in a manufacturing or production environment

    • Attention to detail and manual dexterity

    • Strong communication and people-oriented skills

    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
