Title: Senior Director of Manufacturing

Type: Full Time, Salaried with benefits

Salary: $270,000-$300,000/year plus bonus

Our client, a leading medical device manufacturer, is seeking a hands-on change agent to lead operations at a GMP-regulated site—with future potential to step into a Site General Manager role. Responsibilities:

+ Responsible for planning, directing and overseeing all production activities for specified business unit with a focus on maximizing resources and meeting established production specifications, schedule, volume and quality standards

+ Develop and implement manufacturing schedule, allocate labor and capital resources

+ Analyze production, maintenance and malfunction records to identify problems and recommend solutions

+ Work with cross functional operations managers to understand their current and future product needs; develop plans, cost estimates and schedules

+ Lead, direct, evaluate and develop team of supervisors who are responsible for various production activities such as; assembly, machine operation, processing, and packaging

Requirements:

+ Bachelor's Degree required

+ 15+ years of manufacturing experience with 7-10 years in a management role

+ FDA GMP regulation experience

+ Requires breadth of organizational, professional field and industry knowledge
