Family Office Tax Accountant

System One is assisting a Tulsa Family Office with a search for a Family Office Tax Accountant. This position works with a great team and supports multiple entities. There are growth opportunities and a competitive compensation package.
Responsibilities:
+ Involved with the preparation and support for the filing of various tax returns including income tax, sales & use tax, property tax, etc.
+ Assist with month-end and year-end financial analysis and reconciliations
+ Provide information in support of internal and external audits
+ Continuously look for ways to improve processes through automation
+ Take ownership of fixed asset and related depreciation accounting and reporting
+ Stay current on changing tax laws, industry developments and accounting best practices
Requirements:
+ Minimum of 2 - 3 years of tax experience in public accounting, experience in a family office or working with multiple entities a plus
+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting required, CPA a plus (can have a Bachelor's degree in a related field but then CPA is required)
+ Advanced in Excel and comfortable with ERP systems
+ Self-motivated with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision
+ Experience with reconciliations, financial analysis and tax reporting
+ Organized with strong attention to detail
+ Strong work ethic with a positive attitude
Salary: $75K - $100K
