Project Management Specialist II

As a Project Management Specialist II here at Honeywell Intelligrated you will play a crucial role in guiding and managing projects. You will be accountable for overseeing project activities, ensuring the successful delivery of projects, and providing guidance to project management professionals.

You will report directly to our Sr. Project Supervisor, and you'll work out of our Mason, OH location on a hybrid work schedule. You are instrumental in ensuring the successful execution of projects, contributing to the organization's overall success and performance-driven in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Monitor schedules and track project milestones.

+ Measure and report on program performance.

+ Champion and lead change management processes.

+ Facilitate and improve workflow processes.

+ Identify and implement process improvements.

+ Maintain accurate project meeting minutes and documentation.

+ Perform cost control activities, including reporting, analysis, and executive report preparation.

+ Review and analyze cost and schedule variances; recommend corrective actions.

+ Identify root causes, impacts, and propose corrective actions for project anomalies.

+ Track and manage project budgets and financial data.

+ Evaluate and monitor subcontractor and vendor performance.

+ Prepare, publish, and present project metrics and reports.

+ Analyze and assess program risks.

+ Support cost-schedule integration activities.

+ Review and interpret job contract documents.

+ Report project progress to the Project Manager and leadership.

+ Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

+ Apply strong critical thinking skills while demonstrating core project management capabilities.

YOU MUST HAVE

+ Minimum 3 years of experience in data analytics and reporting.

+ Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze data and identify trends.

+ Proven financial acumen.

WE VALUE

+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or Statistics.

+ Experience with tools and platforms such as Salesforce, Oracle, CORA, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Power BI, Tableau.

+ Familiarity with project management best practices and methodologies.

+ Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

+ Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
