    As a Sourcing and Procurement Manager here at Honeywell, you will be accountable for designing and implementing innovative and efficient sourcing and procurement solutions. You will play a critical role in driving the digital transformation of our sourcing and procurement processes, leveraging technology and data analytics to optimize cost, quality, and delivery. You will report directly to our IT Director, and you'll work out of our Morris Plains location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by:

     

    - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design end to-end sourcing and procurement solutions like SAP SRM, Ariba, Ivalua and other procurement applications to support the Source to Pay process, P2P, MM, including master data management, purchasing documents, and invoice verification

     

    - Developing and implementing technology solutions, such as e-sourcing platforms and procurement systems, to streamline processes and enhance efficiency

     

    - Leveraging data analytics and business intelligence tools to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for cost savings and process improvements

     

    - Providing guidance and facilitating to stakeholders on best practices and industry trends in sourcing and procurement

     

    - Managing the implementation and integration of sourcing and procurement solutions, ensuring seamless adoption and user satisfaction

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design end-to-end sourcing and procurement solutions

    • Develop and implement technology solutions, such as e-sourcing platforms and procurement systems, to streamline processes and enhance efficiency

    • Leverage data analytics and business intelligence tools to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for cost savings and process improvements

    • Provide guidance and facilitate to stakeholders on best practices and industry trends in sourcing and procurement

    • Manage the implementation and integration of sourcing and procurement solutions, ensuring seamless adoption and user satisfaction

    YOU MUST HAVE

    • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sourcing and procurement, with a focus on SAP technology solutions

    • Implementing new functionalities and updates within the S/4 HANA system to improve procurement efficiency is a plus

    • Strong knowledge of sourcing and procurement processes and best practices

    • Experience in designing and implementing technology solutions, such as e-sourcing platforms and procurement systems

    • Proficiency in data analytics and business intelligence tools

    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

    WE VALUE

    • Master's degree in business administration or a related field

    • Experience in a multinational organization

    • Knowledge of SAP or other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems

    • Strong project management skills

    • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment

     

    This position is intended to convey to the new, independent company, to be named Solstice Advanced Materials when the separation occurs. This is expected to occur in late 2025 or early 2026.
