This position is intended to convey to the new, independent company, to be named Solstice Advanced Materials when the separation occurs. This is expected to occur in late 2025 or early 2026.

As a Finance Manager, Analytics here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in providing financial support and guidance to the business. You will be responsible for analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and providing insights that drive business growth and profitability. With your strong analytical and problem-solving skills, you will contribute to informed decision-making and help shape the financial success of the organization.
You will report directly to our Finance Director and you'll work out of our headquarters in Morris Plaines, New Jersey on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the organization by:
- Analyzing financial data to identify trends and provide insights for business growth and profitability
- Developing and implementing financial strategies to optimize revenue and minimize costs
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive financial planning and budgeting processes
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Preparing financial reports and presentations for senior management
- Partnering with IT and commercial finance to drive best in class finance analytics tools

YOU MUST HAVE
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in financial analysis or related roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent knowledge of financial principles and practices
• Proficiency in financial analysis software and MS Office
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
