As an Advanced Field Service Engineer here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to provide advanced technical support and expertise to our customers in the Digitization, Modernization, Sustainability, and self-direction business unit. You will be accountable for troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to computer hardware, software, cameras, audio visual and other related equipment. Your expertise and dedication to excellence will play a crucial role in the success of our field service operations and the satisfaction of our customers. You will report directly to our Field Service Supervisor Manager, and you'll work out of our designated location. In this role, you will have impact the efficiency, productivity, and safety of our customers' operations by providing exceptional technical support and service. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to computer hardware, software, cameras, audio visual devices and other equipment
+ Provide advanced technical support and expertise for our customers in the Digitization, Modernization, Sustainability, and self-direction business unit
+ Work with teams to ensure successful implementation of our solutions
+ Conduct training sessions for customer
+ Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for improvement .Provide detailed status updates to customer on all repairs/ system reports and any potential issues that may affect system operation
YOU MUST HAVE:
+ Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in field service engineering, with a focus on ADVANCED troubleshooting computer hardware, software, cameras, and related equipment
+ Strong technical knowledge and expertise in computer hardware, software, and related technologies
+ Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills including ability to proficiently use meters for troubleshooting electrical and control issues
+ Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
+ Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships. Experience with third party BAS/ software integration.
