$22-25/HR with 2 Weeks PTO

Metro One Loss Prevention Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Security Supervisor for its rapidly expanding Corporate Security Division. Metro One currently provides security services to our client’s corporate facilities throughout the United States. The Security Supervisor position reports directly to a Security Manager who is also on-site.

RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Provides on-site leadership for the security personnel assigned to the corporate facility

+ Acts as a point of contact for client management at the corporate facility

+ Participate in hiring, supervision, training, scheduling and development of all officers assigned to corporate facilities

+ Achieve performance metrics established by the client for the security functions performed by Metro One officers

+ Monitors performance of all Metro One internal programs, policies and reporting

+ Achieve performance metrics established by Metro One for expense control, workforce quality, staffing, scheduling and report filing

+ Establish productive, collaborative relationships with client site management and Metro One management

+ Maintain communication protocols that provide a productive client relationship

+ Consistently deliver a service that exceeds client expectations

+ Maintain all equipment utilized in performance of the security function on the site

+ Leads performance of initiatives, emergency response and other tasks required by Metro One management.

YOUR BACKGROUND:

+ Ideal candidates will have administrative experience in security or related field and/or corporate operations. Customer service-oriented approach and knows how to build partnerships to get work done and problems solved.

+ Have a solid/stable work history.

+ Participate in pre-employment screening process.

+ Security, Military, Corrections, or Law Enforcement experience is a PLUS.

+ Supervisory experience also a PLUS.

+ State Fingerprinting completion. No worries, we can assist!
