    **Position:** Lumper and General Labor (Warehouse Associate)

    **Location:** Rialto & Fontana

    **Shift:** AM or PM Shift Available

    **Pay Rate:** $18 AM SHIFT- $19 PM SHIFT / per hour

     

    We are hiring Lumpers and General Labor (Warehouse Associates) to support daily warehouse operations at a local logistics company. This role requires unloading/loading freight, moving products, and ensuring efficiency in warehouse operations.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Manually load and unload freight from containers, trailers, and trucks.

    • Sort, stack, and palletize goods according to warehouse procedures.

    • Perform quality checks to ensure products are damage-free.

    • Work efficiently to meet productivity goals.

    • Maintain a clean and organized work area.

    • Follow all safety procedures and warehouse policies (PPE required).

    Requirements:

    • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.

    • Comfortable with standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods.

    • Prior experience in a warehouse or lumping role preferred but not required.

    • Ability to work a 4+1 schedule (four weekdays + one weekend day).

    **Pay Details:** $18.00 to $19.00 per hour
