Summary of Role:

This is a leadership role within the Ultra Low Power Business Unit . As a key strategic partner to the SVP, you will be at the forefront of developing market intelligence, identifying valuable insights into our total addressable market, and prioritizing high-impact opportunities with our distinguished customers.

You will leverage your hands-on expertise to define, prioritize, and execute high-stakes strategic projects. As the Director of Business Strategy, your work will drive critical elements of our business strategy, delivering insightful analysis and guidance to our senior leadership team. Your input will be essential in navigating both tactical and strategic decisions, ensuring successful implementation of our company’s strategic initiatives.

This influential role will give you significant interaction with the Executive Leadership team, including the CEO and C hief Business Unit Officer , placing you at the heart of our business operations. We seek a results-driven leader of impeccable integrity who excels in stakeholder-focused solutions, balancing long-term vision with short-term objectives . Essential Responsibilities:

+ Define, orchestrate and execute strategic initiatives across various workstreams ( e.g. revenue generation, cost reduction, pricing strategy, capacity optimization).

+ Develop market insights and understanding of demand drivers from key customers to enable pre-emptive production capability growth in strategic areas

+ Work with cross-organization management to define business processes and solutions, gain stakeholder alignment and execute to aggressive timelines

Other Responsibilities:

+ Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs

Required qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Business , Finance, Economics, Law, or similar relevant field

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

+ Self-driven personality with exceptional analytical skills, structured work style and ability to understand complex matters quickly

+ Familiar with semiconductor manufacturing technologies and emerging technology trends

+ Project management skills – planning & driving execution/implementation

+ Proven track record of people leadership & development

+ Experience influencing & managing change

Preferred qualifications:

+ Master’s in Business Administration

+ Willingness to travel to worldwide locations ( e.g. Germany, Singapore, US)

+ 10+ years of relevant experience in professional environments, including 8+ in top consulting firms, investment banks, or corporate finance functions working in close collaboration with the CEO and top corporate executives

Expected Salary Range

$146,000.00 - $294,300.00
