Adecco is recruiting for a **Pool & Spa Retail Sales Associate** for a client in **Syracuse, NY.** This is a direct-hire opportunity paying $18-22/hour.

Our client has been a leading provider of pools and spas in Central New York for over 75 years, offering top-of-the-line products and expert services. As a **Pool Sales Associate** , you will play a key role in delivering the ultimate customer experience, supporting the store team, and helping customers achieve their backyard dreams.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Assist customers with their pool and spa needs, including product recommendations and care advice.

+ Guide customers through water testing services and provide recommendations for maintenance products and solutions.

+ Use your knowledge of pool and spa products to answer questions, offer solutions, and encourage repeat business.

+ Handle sales transactions using the POS system, ensuring accuracy and efficient processing.

+ Maintain a clean, welcoming store environment and support merchandising and inventory control to keep products in stock.

+ Assist with store operations to ensure sales targets are met and customers’ expectations are exceeded.

+ Collaborate with the team to create a positive and productive retail environment.

Job Requirements:

+ High School Diploma or Equivalent; ability to complete required training.

+ Proven customer service skills, with a strong background in pool and spa care preferred.

+ Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

+ Reliable transportation.

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

+ Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
