Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a manufacturing client in the Cookeville, TN area to recruit and hire a Full Time **Cost Planning Manager.**
Responsibilities include:
+ Develop and implement cost management strategies to optimize profitability
+ Estimate project costs and analyze budget vs. actual performance
+ Lead cost reduction initiatives across pre-production and mass production projects
+ Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Production and Finance teams to improve cost planning accuracy
+ Track and report project profitability to senior management and corporate stakeholders
+ Enhance processes for data consolidation, communication, and cost tracking
+ Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend process improvements
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
+ 5+ years of experience in cost planning, manufacturing, or financial analysis
+ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling tools
+ Knowledge of manufacturing processes, ideally in automotive
+ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
Our client offers:
+ Base salary in the 80k-95k range

**Pay Details:** $80,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year
