Adecco Permanent Recruitment is working with our client to fill an Order Picker – Warehouse Associate opening at their Lebanon, NJ facility. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity!

Order Picker – Warehouse Associate

**Location:** Lebanon, NJ

**Salary Range:** $20-$21/hour

**Shift:** Monday through Friday, 8:45 AM – 5:15 PM (½ hour lunch break)

**About the Company:** A well-established organization in Lebanon, NJ, with over 30 years in business, specializing in branding, design, experiential events, digital marketing, advertising, strategy and research, branded merchandise, warehousing and fulfillment, and printing and mailing. Serving recognized brands across entertainment, finance, healthcare, and luxury sectors.

**About the Position:** Join a friendly, team-oriented atmosphere in a clean and safe workspace. The role involves pulling orders off pallets using a man-up order picker (training provided), assisting with material handling tasks such as stocking, shipping, inventory, and more. Attention to detail and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Perform order picking using a man-up order picker (training provided)

+ Operate forklift/order picker trucks for loading and inventory movement

+ Stock, pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping

+ Handle basic material movement, truck unloading, and sorting/storing inventory

+ Drive a box truck between two nearby warehouse locations

+ Assist with kitting, assembly, and other warehouse projects as needed

+ Maintain accurate computer-based inventory tracking

Experience and Skills Required:

+ 1+ year of shipping and receiving experience

+ 1+ year of inventory management experience

+ Experience with man-up order pickers (preferred, but training provided)

+ Good computer skills: Microsoft Office experience is a plus

+ Valid driver’s license required

+ Ability to manage a fast-paced workload

+ Ability to stand/walk for 8–9 hours and perform frequent bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, squatting, and climbing stairs

+ Strong English language skills (reading, speaking, writing)

+ Comfortable working with carts, dollies, hand trucks, and pallet jacks
