Description

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** include the following. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.

+ Oversee case managers, including hiring, training, disciplinary action etc.

+ Under the guidance of the program director, plans, directs, and coordinates all case management services.

+ Assist with the development, interpretation, and implementation of the policies and procedures for all staff.

+ Supervises case conferences, meeting with staff weekly to assess client progress.

+ Promote client relations by assisting with receiving complaints and compliments, investigating, and resolving all complaints.

+ Ensures that policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements are adhered to by staff.

Qualifications

REQUIRED EDUCATION

+ Master’s degree in social work or Mental Health Counseling

LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS

+ Independent license issued by NYS.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

+ Minimum three to five years of experience working in Social Services.

+ Minimum two years of experience in a supervisory role

+ Bilingual in Spanish required
