Job Title: Order ProcessorJob Description
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Order Processor to join our team. In this role, you will work on a specific customer account, ensuring that orders are processed accurately and efficiently. You will communicate with clients via email and phone, and assist in various administrative tasks to support our operations.
Responsibilities
+ Communicate with clients via email and phone to process orders.
+ Answer phones, check in drivers, and process all orders using the WMS system.
+ Handle approximately 30 calls/emails per day from customers.
+ Perform data entry and enter order information into the system (Camelot/Microsoft Navision).
+ Provide the warehouse with client orders.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems, particularly Navision or Camelot.
+ Experience in customer service, shipping, and order entry.
+ Strong data entry skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
+ Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ High School Diploma required.
+ Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
+ Experience working in a logistics, transportation, or industrial environment is highly preferred.
Work Environment
The role is based within an office at a warehouse/distribution center. You will work in a small office setting, overseeing 1 or 2 customer accounts. The position is a temp-to-hire opportunity, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 7AM to 4PM.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
