    Description

    Process and review invoices for accuracy and completeness. Match invoices to purchase orders and verify receipt of goods/services. Enter and code invoices into the accounting system. Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments. Reconcile accounts payable transactions. Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date. Resolve invoice discrepancies and issues. Maintain vendor files and documentation. Assist with month-end closing and reporting. Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding payment inquiries.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    High school diploma or equivalent Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk or similar role. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Oracle, SAP). Strong understanding of basic accounting principles. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.
