Responsibilities
+ Maintain and ensure the efficiency of machining lines.
+ Lead continuous improvement projects.
+ Troubleshoot and modify CNC Machines and PLCs.
+ Conduct time studies, labor studies, and defect reduction studies.
+ Implement process control changes and cost-saving projects.
+ Work with both automated CNC Machines and Manual Machines.
+ Perform CNC and PLC programming and troubleshooting.
+ Optimize cutting tools selection.
+ Read and interpret part drawings and GD&T.
+ Implement cycle time and quality improvements.
Essential Skills
+ Experience with CNC Machining and PLC Programming.
+ Proficiency in troubleshooting and programming CNC and PLC systems.
+ Knowledge of machining processes, especially in engine manufacturing.
+ Understanding of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
+ Experience in reading part drawings and GD&T.
+ Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or equivalent professional automotive experience (5-10 years).

+ Strong written and oral communication skills.
+ Ability to create technical reports and documentation.
+ Excellent problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to work independently and hands-on as needed.
+ Experience in a production environment, collaborating with Production, Maintenance, and Quality personnel.
+ Ability to develop and manage schedules to meet challenging deadlines.
+ Experience in managing small to medium-scale capital projects.
+ Self-starter, team player with a positive attitude.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Inventor.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $36.05 - $50.00/hr.
