Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Production Planner to manage and maintain detailed production schedules using a sophisticated ERP system. This role requires the ability to optimize scheduling of CNC machines, translate high-level work orders into specific tasks, and continuously adjust production plans based on real-time feedback.
Responsibilities
+ Manage and maintain detailed production schedules using a sophisticated ERP system, ensuring optimal scheduling of CNC machines.
+ Translate high-level work orders into specific, actionable tasks—effectively 'cutting' work orders—to align with machine capacities, setup requirements, and production deadlines.
+ Continuously adjust production plans based on real-time feedback from the shop floor, inventory updates, and machine performance data.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ A minimum of 3–5 years' experience in manufacturing planning or production scheduling within contract manufacturing, ideally in a regulated medical device environment.
+ Proven experience with cutting work orders from larger production plans and aligning them with CNC machine capacities.
+ Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or Technical discipline.
Work Environment
The work environment includes a sophisticated ERP system, CNC machines, and a focus on real-time production feedback. This role involves working closely with shop floor staff and managing inventory updates and machine performance data. Dress code and specific shift information will be provided upon hire.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
