    The Role at a glance:

    We are looking to add an experienced, skilled **Banquet Supervisor** to our **Lancer Hospitality** team at **Braemar Golf Course** ! As a Banquet Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to ensure the success of banquet events by working with a team of talented foodservice professionals.

    What you'll be doing:

    + Participating in food preparation.

    + Training and instructing employees in all aspects of service, including food preparation and safety.

    + Coordinating set up and strike of events as needed.

    + Personally adhering to and ensuring that employees follow all company policies and procedures regarding food handling, food safety, and sanitation.

    + Other tasks as needed.

    What we're looking for:

    _Must-haves:_

    + At least two years’ experience in foodservice.

    + Excellent customer service skills.

    + Strong leadership skills.

    + Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

    _Nice-to-haves:_

    + At least one year of experience in a supervisory role.

    Braemar Golf Course

     

    Compensation Range

     

    $22 - $26hr
