    About the Role:

    As a Drafter / Designer, you will play a crucial role in bringing our projects to life. You'll use your expertise in AutoCAD drafting and CNC machining to create detailed 2D and 3D designs. Your ability to visualize and understand how components come together in a 3D space will be essential in developing and troubleshooting models. You'll work closely with our warehouse staff to organize and execute projects, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Design Mastery: Create stunning 2D and 3D designs using AutoCAD.

    + Precision Drafting: Perform AutoCAD drafting and CNC machining tasks with accuracy.

    + Team Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with warehouse staff to bring projects to fruition.

    + Innovative Troubleshooting: Develop and troubleshoot 3D models to solve complex problems.

    + Adaptability: Switch tasks and pivot as necessary to keep projects on track.

    + Visualization: Understand and visualize how components will come together in a 3D space.

    + Documentation: Create detailed information packets for molds, including specifications for size and finished product placement.

    + Effective Communication: Address and resolve misunderstandings efficiently.

    Essential Skills:

    + AutoCAD Proficiency: Expertise in AutoCAD 2D and 3D 2025 (elevations, building).

    + 3D Visualization: Strong ability to work and visualize in 3D.

    + Mechanical Experience: Experience with mechanical parts and products, especially in custom manufacturing.

    + Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.

    + CNC Machining: Hands-on experience with CNC machining.

    + Troubleshooting: Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications:

    + Quick Learner: Ability to ask questions and learn quickly.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
