Job Title: Sterile Processing Technician
Job Description
As a Sterile Processing Technician, you will inspect, clean, assemble, and sterilize surgical instrument sets. You will operate cleaning and sterilization equipment to ensure that instruments and supplies are properly prepared for both steam and low-temperature sterilization.
Responsibilities
+ Inspect, clean, assemble, and sterilize surgical instrument sets.
+ Operate cleaning and sterilization equipment to clean instruments and supplies.
+ Prepare supplies and equipment for steam sterilization and low-temperature sterilization.

+ Low-temperature sterilization
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ High School Diploma or GED
+ Certification from Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution (CBSPD) or Healthcare Sterile Processing Association (HSPA) or International Association of Healthcare Central Service Materials Management (IAHCSMM) required
+ Minimum two years of instrument processing experience required
Work Environment
Hours 3:00pm-11:00pm Monday-Friday
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $28.00/hr.
