Process Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Process Technician who will play a crucial role in maintaining high-quality standards and ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. You will be part of a team that upholds Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and complies with regulations from the Code of Federal Regulations (CFRs).
Responsibilities
+ Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and applicable regulations from the Code of Federal Regulations (CFRs).
+ Report any discrepancies to the Team Leader or Production Supervisor to ensure quality standards and safety.
+ Ensure quality compliance through a Right First-Time mentality.
+ Receive and prepare components for use in manufacturing.
+ Feed components into equipment and perform sanitation activities.
+ Document appropriate paperwork and understand Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and performance metrics.
+ Participate in daily performance meetings.
+ Utilize computer systems to support material inventory and electronic batch records.
+ Partner with cross-functional teams to drive improvement opportunities.
+ Ensure components and products are available for continuous operation.
Essential Skills
+ Experience with GMP, troubleshooting, quality control, and manufacturing processes.
+ Background in pharmaceutical inspection and quality assurance.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Ideal: 2 years of working experience in the industry.
+ Nice to have: Any GMP manufacturing experience and computer skills.
+ High school diploma/GED and 1+ year of work or military experience, or an Associate's degree.
+ Must be trustworthy, hardworking, and reliable.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
