Supply Chain Contract Analyst II

+ Work remotely.
+ Will need to travel to our Dallas office for meetings as needed.
JOB SUMMARY
The primary function of Supply Chain Management (SCM) Contract Administration Analyst II is to ensure and maintain the accuracy of contracts/price files to help timely and efficient supply chain operations. This position requires experience with routine contract audits to ensure that contracts are accurate and synchronized with strategic solution providers, trading partners and providers of third-party enrichment data.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLE
+ Accountable for validating Price Files to ensure all required information are provided to load into ERP system. Proactively works with vendor to resolve any issues on price files.
+ Confirm accuracy of the contracts/price files to ensure item master setup is accurate to create a “perfect order”, allowing clinicians to get the right product at the right time with the right price.
+ Coordinate communication and appropriate actions with GPO, Distributors, and Vendors to ensure contracts are synchronized and no variances exist between Contract Management System, Lawson ERP System and Supplier Systems.
+ Works alongside the Data Integrity Team on joint efforts to reduce purchase order exceptions.
+ Manage contract expirations proactively including proactive interaction with Strategic sourcing to ensure contract coverage.
+ Use various systems and analytics tool to maintain accurate contract information such as ensuring correct tier pricing is loaded in Contract Management System and Lawson ERP System.
+ Help with monitoring data to produce ad-hoc reports.
+ Accountable for providing regular data recommendations to stakeholders and identifying areas of improvement.
+ Handle escalated issues from Contract Administration Analyst I.
KEY SUCCESS FACTORS
+ Knowledge of Lawson ERP System and Contract Management system.
+ Pro-level skills with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access Database (ODBC).
+ Exceptional data analysis skills.
+ Working knowledge of Healthcare Supply Chain processes.
+ Ability to learn new software and applications with ease.

+ EDUCATION - Bachelor's or 4 years of work experience above the minimum qualification
+ EXPERIENCE - 3 Years of Experience
