This position delivers quality therapy services in line with state guidelines, Medicare, and Logan Health (LH) policies, ensuring compliance with legal, ethical, and institutional standards. Qualifications:
+ Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant or Physical Therapy program (American Physical Therapy Association-approved).
+ Current Montana PTA license or eligibility for a Montana Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license (must obtain within 90 days of employment).
+ Preferred: 3+ years of Therapy Assistant experience.
+ Current CPR certification (as required for the role).
+ Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a commitment to confidentiality.
+ Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
+ Professional demeanor with the ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and diplomacy.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn new software as needed.
Job Specific Duties:
+ Plan and provide therapy services efficiently, following the treatment plans set by the supervising Therapist.
+ Adapt and progress treatment programs to meet patient goals and outcomes.
+ Deliver patient treatments in line with therapy standards and departmental policies, considering the patient’s age, culture, and conditions.
+ Perform technical skills accurately based on education and experience.
+ Implement and document personalized treatment plans, ensuring compliance with therapy principles, LH policies, and payer requirements (Medicare, Private Insurance, Medicaid).
+ Collaborate with leadership on goal-setting and discharge planning as needed.
+ Use materials, equipment, and techniques effectively in the assigned area(s).
+ Document patient progress in the EMR as per department guidelines.
+ Meet productivity standards and achieve efficiency goals in the assigned area(s).
+ Maintain consistent attendance as scheduled by department leadership.
+ Perform other duties as needed, aligned with the role’s responsibilities.

Schedule:
Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
